  • Overview

    Provides accounting support to the Company. Position reports to the Division Controller.


    Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

    Government Contract Accounting Experience

    Journal Entry Processing

    AR Invoice Processing

    • Firm Fixed Price Invoices
    • Cost Reimbursable invoices
      • CPFF
      • T&M
      • Indirect Rate Variance Invoices

    Processing Bi-weekly Payroll (ADP)

    Processing Weekly Labor and PTO (TCP and CP7)

    Benefits Invoice & Reconciliation Processing

    Fixed Asset / Depreciation Management and Reconciliation

    Assist in the Monthly EAC and Revenue processes

    Assist in Month End Financial Close Process and Reporting

    Audit Preparation and Readiness

    Apply advanced knowledge of GAAP

    Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
    Some degree of creativity and latitude is expected
    Other duties as assigned


    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent related experience)
    • Minimum of 3 years experience performing A/R and A/P related functions

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in Microsoft Dynamics
