  • Overview

    Provides senior-level employee development administration to the Company. Position reports to the HR Manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for company employee relations activities
    • Process related contingency labor force activities
    • Responsible for employee recognition program
    • Responsible for employee career counseling, development, & progression plan
    • Responsible for performance review process
    • Develop and maintain training program, portal, and records
    • Process employee separation paperwork and related unemployment processing
    • Implement supervisor/manager EE Relations training
    • Implement and coordinates employee round table monthly communications meetings
    • Responsible for “Bridge the Gap” program-between employees and leadership
    • Responsible for associated metrics
    • Apply advanced knowledge of HR practices/principles
    • May lead and direct the work of others
    • Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
    • Wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
    • Other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications

    • Associate’s degree in a related field (or equivalent related experience)
    • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
