This is a temporary position that provides administrative support to the organization. Position reports to the Office Supervisor.


• Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors
• Answer and route all incoming calls
• Provide support with project administration, general office duties, human resource planning, and event planning
• Distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail
• Assist with security issues and policy enforcement, as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year professional office experience
